Nevertheless, in the event you need to return the Jing Joe, we offer a return policy for your purchase. Should you wish to return the Jing Joe for whatever reason, you may do so within thirty (30) days of receipt.

* The Jing Joe must be returned to us via 2nd Day Freight, insured for full value

* The Jing Joe must be returned in all original packing with everything included

* The Jing Joe must be returned in new and/or resalable condition

* Customers will be refunded purchase price less the shipping and handling fee

* Charges will not apply to defective product

The Jing Joe offers no warranties beyond the original sixty days policy.

Credit card refunds: All refunds will be issued as a credit to that same account within a reasonable period of time after receipt and inspection of returned products.

Check refunds: All refunds paid by check, whether prepaid, or open terms (Net 10 or Net 30), will be paid by refund check within a reasonable amount of time, after receipt and inspection of returned products.

A $25 returned check fee will be charged for any payment made by check that is returned for non-sufficient funds. Jing Joe reserves the right to change any product pricing and promotions. Failure on the part of Jing Joe to enforce any policies does not constitute a waiver of any portion of this purchase policy.
